Surgery and Christmas Concerts

I hope all are doing well this Christmas break- I for one have been SO ready for a break...hw, school and the grind of our everyday schedule is so much work for this mama!  And we've been SOO busy with things going in every single evening/night.  I have been able to sleep in two mornings which has been very helpful; although this morning we had to get up super early for Audrie's surgery.  She is in the operating room right now, but was quite nervous beforehand shedding a few years before heading back.  I'm grateful for modern medicine but it's still hard sending your little girl to surgery!

Wednesday Tyler had his Christmas concert, which was great.  Thursday Kaylee and Audrie and I went to the nutcracker and had a great time.  Kaylee fell asleep after the intermission but she had a blast.  Andy and I went to his work party Friday night which is always more obligatory than anything for me.  It was much more formal this year which can be fun, but either way it was nice to spend time with Andy.
