The Son

I don't really have a lot to say (unusual, I know).  We continue with the business of our family and had some wonderful happenings as of late.

First off Audrie and Kaylee had their Katy Childrens Choir concert this weekend- they both did fabulous!  Audrie is a natural on the stage and Kaylee was not so comfortable.  In fact every time we saw sweet Kaylee she simply had a "I'm so lost" look on her face...lost in where she was supposed to be, lost in what she was singing...oh we giggled!!  Bless her heart, I'm sure she is EXACTLY like I was :).
Every once in a while I feel like ideas come for lessons directly from above and the one I prepared on Sunday was one of those.   It was on being Christ centered.  I talked about the universe and how in ancient times it was thought the earth was the center of the universe, but with modern science and technology "aka revelation" we know the Sun is the center.  I then talked about how without the sun we would simply not be able to live- or have life at all.  Then the parallel was made.  The Son is the center of our lives, but we sometimes forget and think archaically that we are the center of the universe.  We know many people that feel the warmth of the sun but they forget or don't recognize that that warmth comes from the SON.  It was really simple powerful.
Ever since I prepared I have felt a great Love.  It has been wonderful!
The Hart's should have arrived already!  And he flew out to Fort Myers and drove them to our house. But Audrey and I have yet to see them because we are still at dyslexia therapy. What an awesome guy eh?
