Tyler's 10!

I can't believe he's TEN.  He is growing up so fast I just want to soak it all up.  Today I caught him with six pieces of bread all lined up as he spread peanut butter on ALL of them.  I proceeded to ask him, "Tyler, what are you doing?"  He said, "Making Pb & J," (like that was the dumbest question EVER. Ha!).  I responded, "Are you making them for everyone?"  Quickly and very matter of factly he says, "No mom.  They are all for me."  POINT and CASE.  He is growing like a weed!!

He has taken a real liking to ticket to ride.  We have played many times this summer and so for his birthday he received the European edition!  We plan on playing it later today.  It should be fun!

 
He also received a set of maverick Nerf guns.  They have had SO much fun with them.  I can't tell you how many "battles" we've had already...I mean look at Audrie's face....this is no game.  This is WAR!  We probably should get a couple more so the rest of us can get in on it.

 I love this shot.  He has the BEST cheek bones (Thank you Mother!), and is such a good looking little guy.  I can't get over it.

So happy birthday to my sweet Tyler!  He is an extra sensitive, loving, extremely smart, warm hearted perfectionist!  He LOVES legos and loves to read those Percy Jackson books over and OVER and OVER again.  He currently says he wants to go to BYU.  He could live on Dorito chips, pizza and cereal if I let him!   I'm sure things are going to change quickly, but this is a snap shot of him at 10 :)  Happy birthday son!!
